Aqualine’s filter core is high capacity and made of high quality polypropylene. Pleated structure with outside-in flow provides maximum filtration flow with the lowest possible resistance. Easy filter replacement saves costs and labor.
Aqualine saves time and costs in many ways. When installed vertically, it will save a lot of installation space. Codeline’s quick-release housing allows operators to install and replace filter cartridges in just minutes without disassembly. The time to change an Aqualine filter cartridge with a flow rate of 150 gpm is typically 5 minutes, compared to 30 minutes for standard multi-core housings with the same flow rate. A single filter element can be replaced while the system is still operating normally, which will help save production time.
