Description
The 5–fall hand valve with a flow rate of 10m³/h is manufactured by Runxin brand for softening systems. Hand valves are usually mounted on filter devices that perform the following functions: filtration – downwash – backwash – suction of salt solution – return the solution to the salt barrel (column). Carry out the regeneration of filter material (plastic reclaim) immediately.
F64D valve is widely used in home and industrial water softening systems. The valve helps automate the water softening process, which saves time and effort for users.
THE DESIGN OF THE 5–WAY HAND VALVE (F60) – TM – F64D
The F64D valve has a compact design, easy to install and use. The valve has 5 connecting gates, including:
- Inlet (IN): The door connected to the water supply.
- Outlet (OUT): The door connects to the water source after softening.
- Discharge outlet (BACKWASH): Wastewater outlet when backwashing.
- Salt supply door (REGENERATION): The door that feeds salt to the softening vessel.
- Salt discharge outlet (RINSE): Wastewater outlet when washing salt.
APPLICATION OF 5–WAY HAND VALVE (F60) – TM – F64D
Ion exchange equipment, water softening equipment for boiler systems, RO pretreatment systems
For plastic resin tanks for household water purifiers
Pool Water Pretreatment System
Filter column system, domestic water filtration tank for households and businesses.
FUNCTION OF 5–WAY HAND VALVE (F60) – TM – F64D
Water filtration: The valve will switch to water purification mode when the inlet water pressure reaches a certain level.
Backwashing: The valve will enter backwash mode when ion exchange resin particles are saturated. The backwash mode helps to clean ion exchange resin particles, removing accumulated deposits and impurities
Quick downward wash: The valve will enter the rapid downward wash mode after backwashing. The quick downwash mode removes residues left after backwashing.
Salt supply: The valve will enter salt supply mode when the ion exchange resin particles run out of salt. The salt feed mode helps to add salt to ion exchange resins, helping the water softening process to continue.
Salt discharge: The valve will enter salt discharge mode when the salt supply process ends. The salt discharge mode helps to drain excess brine out, avoiding brine overflow
NOTES WHEN USING
Valve F64D can only be used with water softening systems using ion exchange resins.
Before using the valve, it is necessary to check the inlet water pressure and water temperature to ensure that it is within the allowable range of the valve.
It is necessary to periodically service the valve according to the manufacturer‘s instructions to ensure proper operation of the valve.
