Description
Like other forms of activated carbon, pellet activated carbon is cylindrical, black in shape and is also produced from materials with high carbon content in an anaerobic environment. However, activated carbon pellets are made from charcoal dusts of activated carbon and other types pressed into members.

Uses ofactivetablets in tablet form:
- Decolorization, odors, heavy metals, pesticides, organic compounds. Reduction of dirt: calculated in grams of dirt or grams of COD retained in 1kg of activated carbon.
- Clean traces of heavy metals dissolved in water.
- Thoroughly cleans dissolved organic matter, deodorizes and tastes. Especially, industrial wastewater contains toxic organic molecules or molecules with high surface stability that prevent biological treatment processes, activated carbon will make the wastewater treatment process easier.
- At the same time, the water passing through activated carbon is mostly dissolved organic molecules that are retained on the surface. In addition, activated carbon filtration contains and nourishes bacteria capable of decomposing adhered organic substances to create a free surface, allowing to retain new organic molecules.
Application of activated carbon in tablet form
- In domestic water treatment: Activated carbon pellets help filter out dirt, heavy metals, organic matter even toxic substances such as pesticides contaminated in water.
- In exhaust gas treatment technology: Activated carbon thanks to its adsorption properties by a special structure, it filters toxic gases, polluted gases to bring fresh air. Coal used in industrial air purification systems, household smoke extractors or car deodorizing systems, deodorizing air conditioners …
- In construction and telecommunications: When burying coal in the ground, it is possible to remove soil rays used in feng shui for houses near cemeteries or landfills. When burying activated carbon on transceiver columns, electromagnetic waves can be suppressed and lightning protection for electrical equipment
