A 5-way valve, also known as a 5-way valve, is often used in filter columns containing cation particles. The function of the 5-way valve is to suck salt into the filter column to regenerate cation particles. Normally, the 5-port valve is mounted on the 2nd or 3rd filter column of the well water filtration system and depending on the size of the filter column, a valve of the corresponding size is used.<\/p>\n

ROLE OF 5-WAY HAND VALVE:<\/h3>\n

Valves used in water softeners, demineralizers and cation exchangers.
\nThe valve makes it easier to exchange water in and out of the filtration system.
\nThe valve supports maintenance of the filter column and cation exchange. It helps the salt reconstitution process faster with the modes of sucking salt and pushing salt into the tank.<\/p>\n

CONTROLS ON WATER FILTER COLUMN:<\/h3>\n

Each water filter column has a control valve installed on it. This valve can be understood as the gateway to control the operation of the water filter column.
\nControl valves usually have 2 types: 3-way valve and 5-way valve (3-mode and 5-mode valve). This is essentially the number of inlet\/outlets of the water line on the valve.
\nDepending on water flow requirements, operating mode and installation cost, filter valves include 2 types: automatic valve and manual control valve.<\/p>\n

\nSuitable tank size (in): 6\u2033\uff5e18\u2033to the water supply position: “Brine Refill” and then supply water into the salt tank. Turn the valve handle to the salt water suction position “Bine Slow” and then suck the salt into the filter column. Siphon the prepared salt solution into the filter column.
\nAfter cleaning the cation exchange filter column, turn the valve handle to return clean water to the tank until the tank capacity is nearly full, then stop.<\/p>\n
